The Mortgage Company was originally formed as a part of The Mortgage Co., and fas traded as a provider of finance for residential and commercial leasing since September 1992.

In October 1998, the Mortgage Company itself was formed, and moved to premises in the Whitethorns, Castletroy, Limerick.

Also, the Mortgage Comapny is a deposit taking comapny.

The Mortgage Company fully complies with the Investment Intermediaries Act, and is registered with all appropriate government and financial bodies.

The Mortgage Company deals with all major financial institutions, which includes Irish Permanent Plc., ICS Building Society, IIB home loans, and the Bank of Scotland.
